Artistic Journey & Reflection
This work originates from my ongoing interest in the complexity of emotional experience. Rather than existing as clear or isolated states, emotions often unfold as layered, unstable, and intertwined processes. I became increasingly aware that conventional ways of expressing emotion—such as language or facial expression—tend to simplify these experiences into fixed categories, limiting how emotions are perceived and understood.
During the development of this project, my focus gradually shifted away from representing specific emotions and toward creating a space where emotions could exist without being named or resolved. Through non-verbal and experiential elements, the work emphasizes emotional coexistence, transition, and ambiguity. The process itself embraced uncertainty, allowing fragmentation and openness to remain as integral components rather than problems to be solved.
Ultimately, this work does not aim to define emotion, but to offer a moment of pause—inviting viewers to engage with their own emotional perceptions beyond language or clarity. It proposes that emotional understanding can emerge through presence, reflection, and quiet attention, and that allowing emotions to remain incomplete can be a form of care and healing.
